お困りのことの多くは、FAQと説明書で解決できます。下記の順にお試しいただき、それでも解決しない場合はメールでご連絡ください。

1. まず、こちらをご確認ください

  • よくある質問（FAQ）　キーワード検索とカテゴリー絞り込みができます。ほとんどのご質問はここで解決します。
  • PDF説明書　インストール・接続・操作・困ったときまでの全手順。
  • AIサポート（.md）　ダウンロードして ChatGPT / Claude などの生成AIに添付し、「PreGuru のインストールを手伝って」と話しかけると、対話形式で順に案内します。

2. 動作環境

  • iPhone：iOS 18.0 以降
    対応機種：iPhone XR / XS 以降（iOS 18 が動作する機種）
  • Apple Watch：watchOS 11.0 以降
    対応機種：Apple Watch Series 9 以降、Apple Watch Ultra 2 以降
  • PreGuru Receiver（Mac）：macOS 14.0 以降（Apple Silicon / Intel）
  • PreGuru Receiver（Windows）：Windows 10 / 11（64bit）・正式版 v1.1.0

※ Apple Watch によるエアスワイプ、ダブルタップ機能をご利用いただくには、S9 SiP を搭載した上記の対応モデルが必要です。SEシリーズ（SE第1世代 / 第2世代）ではご利用いただけません。

スライド送りをご利用になるには、Mac または Windows に無償の受信アプリ「PreGuru Receiver」が必要です。iPhone と受信アプリを同じWi-Fiネットワークに接続するか、USBケーブルで直結してください。時間管理と録音は、受信アプリなしでもご利用いただけます。

3. よくあるトラブルの初期対応

スライドが送れない

  • Mac / Windows 側で「PreGuru Receiver」が起動していますか。
  • iPhone と受信アプリが同じWi-Fiネットワークにありますか（ゲストWi-Fiやテザリングでは分離される場合があります）。
  • Mac版はシステム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → アクセシビリティで PreGuru Receiver の許可が必要です。キー操作が届かない場合はここをご確認ください。
  • iPhone側でローカルネットワークの利用許可を求められた際に「許可しない」を選ぶと接続できません。設定 → PreGuru から変更できます。
  • プレゼン中は iPhone の PreGuru を前面に表示したままにしてください。ホーム画面に戻すとスライド送りが中断されます。

手首のジェスチャーが反応しない

  • Apple Watch のジェスチャー設定画面を開いている間は、ジェスチャーが動作しません。設定を終えて前の画面に戻ると有効になります（画面上にも注記があります）。
  • 感度は設定画面で調整できます。反応しすぎる場合・しにくい場合は、感度を変更してお試しください。

録音できない

  • iPhone のマイクの利用許可が必要です。設定 → PreGuru からご確認ください。
  • 端末の空き容量が不足していると録音を開始できません。
  • 録音は iPhone 本体で行います。Apple Watch 単体では録音できません。

  • お使いの iPhone / Apple Watch の機種
  • iOS / watchOS のバージョン
  • PreGuru のバージョン（アプリの設定画面の最下部に表示されます）
  • 受信アプリの種類（Mac / Windows）とバージョン
  • 診断ログ（iPhone の PreGuru → 設定 → バージョン表示を7回タップ → 「診断ログ」→ コピー）。これがあると原因の切り分けが一度で済みます。
  • 症状と、発生するまでの操作手順

2. System requirements

  • iPhone: iOS 18.0 or later
    Supported models: iPhone XR / XS or later (any iPhone that runs iOS 18)
  • Apple Watch: watchOS 11.0 or later
    Supported models: Apple Watch Series 9 or later, Apple Watch Ultra 2 or later
  • PreGuru Receiver (Mac): macOS 14.0 or later (Apple Silicon / Intel)
  • PreGuru Receiver (Windows): Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) — official release v1.1.0

* Air-swipe gestures and Double Tap require one of the supported models above, which are built on the S9 SiP. The SE series (1st and 2nd generation) is not supported.

Slide control requires the free "PreGuru Receiver" app on your Mac or Windows PC. Connect your iPhone and the receiver to the same Wi-Fi network, or link them directly by USB cable. Timing and recording work without the receiver.

3. Troubleshooting

Slides do not advance

  • Is "PreGuru Receiver" running on your Mac or Windows PC?
  • Are the iPhone and the receiver on the same Wi-Fi network? Guest networks and tethering often isolate devices from each other.
  • On Mac, PreGuru Receiver must be allowed under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Check here if keystrokes are not reaching your slides.
  • If you declined the Local Network permission prompt on iPhone, the connection cannot be made. You can change it in Settings → PreGuru.
  • Keep PreGuru in the foreground on your iPhone during your talk. Returning to the Home Screen interrupts slide control.

Wrist gestures do not respond

  • Gestures are disabled while the gesture settings screen is open on Apple Watch. They become active again when you leave that screen — the screen itself also notes this.
  • Sensitivity is adjustable in settings. If gestures trigger too easily, or not easily enough, change the sensitivity and try again.

Recording does not start

  • PreGuru needs Microphone permission on iPhone. Check Settings → PreGuru.
  • Recording cannot start if the device is low on free storage.
  • Recording is performed by the iPhone. Apple Watch alone cannot record.

The receiver apps are provided free of charge, so individual support is limited and replies may take some time. Thank you for your understanding. We reply in English and Japanese.
