PreGuruプライバシーポリシー（PreGuru）
当社は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に考え、本アプリを個人データを収集しない設計にしています。
1. 収集する個人データ
ありません。本アプリは利用者の個人情報を収集・送信・保存しません。アカウント登録もありません。利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）、広告、トラッキング、第三者SDKは一切使用していません。
2. 各機能とデータの扱い（すべて端末内で完結）
- 録音：マイクは利用者が録音を開始したときのみ使用します。録音データは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへ送信されません。削除・管理は利用者が行います。
- モーション（手首の動き）：スライド送りのジェスチャー検出のために端末内でのみ使用します。記録・送信はしません。
- ワークアウトセッション（HealthKit）：画面を消してもジェスチャー検出を継続するために使用します。健康データの読み取り・保存は行いません。
- ローカルネットワーク（Bonjour / TCP・USB）：同一ネットワーク上またはUSBケーブルで接続した「PreGuru Receiver」（Mac/PC）へ、スライド送りの指示や表示用の時間情報を送るためにのみ使用します。インターネット上のサーバーへは送信しません。
3. 第三者提供
個人データを収集しないため、第三者への提供・共有はありません。
4. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは年齢制限4+で、個人データを収集しません。
5. データの保管・削除
録音などのデータは利用者の端末内に保存されます。アプリ内または端末の操作で削除できます。アプリの削除により関連データも削除されます。
6. 変更
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新します。

Privacy Policy (PreGuru)
We put your privacy first. PreGuru is designed to not collect any personal data.
1. Personal data we collect
None. The app does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information. There is no account sign-up. We use no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
2. How each feature uses data (everything stays on your device)
- Recording: the microphone is used only while you are recording. Recordings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server. You manage and delete them.
- Motion (wrist movement): used on-device only to detect wrist gestures for slide control. It is not recorded or transmitted.
- Workout session (HealthKit): used so gesture detection keeps working while the screen is off. No health data is read or saved.
- Local network (Bonjour / TCP, and USB): used only to send slide commands (next/previous, etc.) and display time information to the "PreGuru Receiver" app on your Mac/PC over your local network or a USB cable. Nothing is sent to any internet server.
3. Sharing with third parties
Because we collect no personal data, we do not share or sell any.
4. Children's privacy
The app is rated 4+ and collects no personal data.
5. Data storage and deletion
Data such as recordings is stored on your device. You can delete it in the app or via the device. Removing the app deletes its associated data.
6. Changes
If we revise this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
